The CF7 Skins Ready Add-on is required for displaying two fields per line as shown.

The CF7 Skins Ready Bundle includes CF7 Skins Pro + CF7 Skins Ready.

Save time when planning an event by using Event Pro.

Event Pro provides the framework you need to gather all of the information from attendees to your event or workshop.

Building off the standard Event template, the Pro version includes a single-line layout for text fields, making it even easier to use and understand.

Included in this template are the following fields:
– Title
– Organizers name
– First and last name single line fields
– Attendees Name
– Phone and mobile number single line fields.
– Email address (marked with a star to indicate it’s required)
– Question with choices listed in checkboxes (for selecting single or multiple options)
– Question with possible choices listed in radio buttons (for selecting single option)
– Open message sections
– Submit button
– Footer text (for adding text to the bottom of form)

You can copy, add, remove and alter fields, text, titles and fieldsets and more to customize the form to suit your needs.
